Location: Vodafone, Donegal Town, County Donegal

Availability: 09:30 – 18:00 | Monday to Saturday

Contract: 37.5hrs per week | Full-time

Pay: €15.00ph + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

As a Vodafone Telesales Assistant Manager, you will work with management to ensure that your team are given the best chance to succeed. This contact centre is a high performing sales outlet with monthly targets to achieve; in this role you will help manage the team but also generate your own sales. Additionally, you\'ll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the contact centre, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The contact centre operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential. Teamwork is key—support your colleagues because together, we can achieve great things!

Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing a sales team in a fast-paced contact centre environment to achieve monthly targets.
  • Generate your own sales while supporting team performance and development.
  • Monitor sales performance, track targets, and ensure adherence to company policies and contracts.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize processes and customer experience.
