Job summary

Western Care Association seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Children’s Connect Service, delivering person-centred supports to families in County Mayo. The post is a permanent 39-hour week, with Monday–Friday schedules and occasional weekend work to meet service needs. CORU registration is required.

Qualifications

• Social Care Worker applicants must meet CORU registration requirements.
• Possess an up-to-date CORU registration or be in ongoing CORU registration process.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and delivery of the Children’s Connect Service to families.
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to promote participation and inclusion.
• Contribute to service planning and quality improvement initiatives.
