Job summary

Global Brand in Kildare is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

You will drive sales, manage stock, and ensure health & safety standards while embodying the brand values. The role offers up to €45,000 plus Bonus with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales professional in retail.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, fashion or premium retail is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the overall management and performance of the store.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support effective stock management, replenishment and inventory control.
• Assist with staff scheduling, rotas and day-to-day people management.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, health & safety and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the brand and its values.

We are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised brand in their search for an Assistant Manager to join their team in Kildare.

The Role;

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the store, while inspiring and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
