Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Manager for a globally recognised beauty-led brand in Kildare. You will support the Store Manager, lead a small team, and drive exceptional customer experiences while delivering strong commercial results.

The role requires retail leadership with a track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs, a passion for premium service, and excellent communication. You'll contribute to stock control, rostering, and ensuring high standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales professional within retail.
• Experience within beauty, cosmetics, luxury, fashion or premium retail would be highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Commercially aware with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

We are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised brand in their search for an Assistant Manager to join their team in Kildare.

The Role;

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the store, while inspiring and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
