Kelco Communications Ltd in Donegal Town is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Vodafone retail team and drive sales. You will oversee daily store operations, support the Store Manager, and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This full-time role offers a competitive earnings package with On-Target Earnings of €45,000+ and a base hourly rate of €15.65 for 37.5 hours per week, plus uncapped commission, staff discounts, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail management or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Availability Monday–Saturday.

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team in Donegal Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.
