Agape Global has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing at a reputable Nursing Home in County Cavan, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading nursing staff, managing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years’ management experience in nursing older persons in the last six years.
• Minimum of seven years post-registration experience.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspections.
• Registered General Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training nurses.
• Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
• Prepare daily schedules and plan shifts.
• Ensure nursing staff follows departmental procedures.
• Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.
