Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek an Assistant Director of Nursing, for a Nursing Home in Adare, Co. Limerick

Eligible applicants are invited to apply-

  • Registered Nurse on NMBI live register.
  • 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field
  • Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
  • Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.
  • Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • An understanding of the Assisted Decision-Making process
  • Ability to work well as part of a care team.
  • Caring and compassionate and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care.
  • Have a basic knowledge of IT systems such as excel spreadsheets.
  • Have a good understanding of applications for home supports and NHSS/Fair deal.
