Responsibilities

  • Carrying out internal checks and monitoring their findings
  • Employee orientation, continuing education, and development, as well as promotion of creative practice
  • Making sure that company and HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines are followed
  • Arranging frequent meetings for discussion with all clinical personnel
  • Build a strong relationship with outside community organisations. integrating the neighbourhood into the home and making it easier for inhabitants to go to events and activities there
  • Communicate with marketing to take advantage of chances and guarantee that the home is well-known in the neighbourhood.

Requirements
  • A qualified nurse who has managed an elderly patient for at least three of the previous six years
