Responsibilities

• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and interviewing of staff.
  
• Conduct regular training needs analyses and develop action plans to address identified learning requirements.
  
• Provide cover for the Director of Nursing as required.
  
• Ensure clinical practices within the Home consistently meet all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
  

Requirements

Must hold current NMBI registration.

Previous management or supervisory experience.

Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Strong teamwork skills.

Genuine interest in working with our client group.

Must have Garda Vetting clearance.
