Job summary

Nesta Storage in South Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. The role is full-time, based on-site with a salary of €30,000–€35,000 per year.

The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager, drive sales and customer service excellence, and contribute to team development in a dynamic self-storage environment. 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering world-class service and banking-related duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, e.g., retail or hotel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the South Dublin store.
• Assist in hiring, coaching and engaging the team through ongoing coaching and leading by example.
• Demonstrate a sales-focused and customer-centric behaviour when interacting with customers.
• Drive product and insurance sales.
• Provide a welcoming environment to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and address concerns quickly.
• Identify and address opportunities and celebrate operational successes.
• Experience in day-to-day banking/financial duties.

Main Duties:

• Assist the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the South Dublin store.
• Assist in the hiring, coaching, and engaging the team through ongoing coaching and leading by example.

• Driving product and insurance sales
• Provide a welcoming environment to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and address their concerns quickly.

• Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers.

Skills/Qualifications:
