Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant or Part-Qualified Accountant to join a world-leading business within the racing industry. This permanent role offers exposure to management accounting, financial reporting and commercial finance, with close collaboration with senior management to drive business performance.

The successful candidate will prepare monthly management accounts, perform variance analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with statutory

Qualifications

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant, or an experienced Accounts Assistant ready to progress.
• Strong technical and management accounting skills.
• Good IT skills and experience using financial accounting and reporting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• A proactive approach with the ability and willingness to learn.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with colleagues and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis.

• Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
