Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager in Ireland. You will lead a team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards, with responsibilities spanning room assignments, health & safety checks, and coordination with maintenance to sustain exemplary hotel quality.

This role offers training and development through Dalata Academy, supporting career growth in hospitality leadership within our Dublin hotels.

Competenze

• 2+ years supervisory experience in an Accommodation Department.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Mansioni

• Monitor the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and SOPs through regular checks.
• Oversee cleanliness of public hotel areas, including conference suites and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to uphold high hotel standards.

Your Job

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures by assisting with regular checks.
• Aid in overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities, to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure consistently high hotel standards are maintained.

What You Will Need

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.
