Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring an Assistant Accommodation Manager in Dublin. You will support monitoring quality in guest rooms and assist with room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.

You’ll help ensure health and safety compliance and oversee cleanliness of public areas to maintain guest satisfaction. The role requires supervisory experience in an Accommodation Department, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in an Accommodation Department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Right to work in Ireland and full-time availability.
• Wlexibility to support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and SOPs.
• Oversee cleanliness of public areas including conference suites and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to uphold hotel standards.

Your Job

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures by assisting with regular checks.
• Aid in overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities, to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure consistently high hotel standards are maintained.

What You Will Need

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Right to work full time hours
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.
