Uisce Éireann is seeking an Asset Data Coordinator – Maximo to maintain and govern asset data within IBM Maximo. You will coordinate data updates, ensure data quality, and support asset lifecycle management across the Asset Management and Operations teams.

The role requires familiarity with Maximo, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders while aligning with regulatory requirements and company objectives.

Formación

• Relevant third level qualification or accreditation.
• Minimum 1 year experience in water, utilities or similar industries.
• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar EAM systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Maximo asset databases and system structures to stay fit for purpose.
• Ensure asset information meets regulatory and stakeholder needs.
• Track asset and location data across the asset lifecycle in Maximo.
• Update Maximo configuration and reference data per governance controls.
• Support data quality assurance and respond to changes in the field.
• Assist in setting operational performance indicators for asset data.
• Prepare accurate reporting for asset data users.
• Collaborate with teams and promote health and safety commitments.
