The Health Service Executive (HSE) Dublin and North East Recruitment is seeking an Assessment of Need Manager to lead high quality, integrated Assessment of Need services in line with the Disability Act 2005. You will work with regional leads and teams to ensure governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Based in Dublin, the role requires coordination across Disability services, and day‑to‑day line management of assessment staff, with a focus on delivering safe and person‑centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Assessment of Need services in line with the Disability Act 2005.
• Coordinate and support Assessment Officers and Liaison Officers in their duties.
• Ensure governance, quality assurance and timely delivery of assessment reports.
