This structured development programme will give hands-on store experience and mentoring at Deputy Store Manager level, with a clear pathway to running your own store in the future.

You will gain leadership, stock control, customer service and commercial awareness to progress within a dynamic retail environment in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy retail environment.
• Supervisory or junior management experience.
• Commercially driven and targets-focused.
• Confident in leading and motivating others.
• Organised with the ability to decide quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable in a hands-on retail role.
• Aspiring to progress into Store Management.
• Open to learning, feedback and taking ownership of development.
• Experience in grocery, supermarket, discount or high-volume retail is relevant.
