Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager in Ireland to lead the accommodation team and drive guest satisfaction. You will monitor quality, assist in room assignments, and uphold health and safety standards while collaborating with maintenance for high hotel standards.

You will report into the Accommodation leadership, bring at least two years supervisory experience in accommodation, and participate in development programs through the Dalata Academy to advance your

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures by assisting with regular checks.
• Aid in overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities, to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure consistently high hotel standards are maintained.
