Job summary

SIRC Restaurant Ltd t/a Sushi & Go located at Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 16, is seeking a Chef de Partie with Asian cuisine expertise. The role requires a chef qualification in Asian Food and at least two years of experience in Asian cooking.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef to prepare menus and specials.
• Order, prepare, and stock common ingredients for all cooking stations.
• Follow Head Chef guidance in meal prep and presentation.
• Abide by health codes and cleanliness standards in kitchen and storage areas.
• Train and supervise junior chefs in best practices, safety and cleanliness.
• Check plating accuracy (garnish, portion size, serving dish).
• Anticipate shortages and communicate with Head Chef.
