Job summary

AbbVie seeks an experienced Associate Director for Aseptic Product Quality to lead the Eye Care Global Team and drive aseptic quality across external manufacturers. You will oversee due diligence, investigations, and continuous improvement to strengthen quality systems and product integrity.

You will partner with TPMs/CMOs and internal sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage aseptic risk, and deliver quality leadership across the external manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or other technical field; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in QA operations, regulatory, or technical support in pharma.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and plant operations in pharma.

• Lead aseptic External & Product Quality Assurance Eye Care Global Team and develop aseptic strategies.
