Kearys Motor Group in Dublin is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join Carstore Dublin's growing workshop. You will work as part of a team and undertake a structured 4-year apprenticeship across service and repair phases.

The role emphasizes learning, using tools and training provided, maintaining vehicle care, and developing customer service and teamwork skills in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

4-year apprenticeship with off-site phases during different stages.
Full, clean driving licence required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Self-motivation and a very positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and maintained on premises.
Maintain and develop repair, service and maintenance skills.
Utilize special tools and training to improve service levels and workshop efficiency.
Attend internal and external training courses as directed by management.
Keep the workshop tidy and report additional work to Foreman or Service Adviser.

Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit an Apprentice Technician to join our dynamic, growing team in Carstore Dublin.

Role Responsibilities

Ensure that the vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken of that vehicle on the premises for repair or service.
Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of repair, service and maintenance of vehicles.
Make full use of Special Tools, Service Test, Service Equipment and training as provided to improve customer service levels and workshop efficiency.
Attend internal and external training courses, as directed by management.
Keep the place of work tidy and in a clean condition.
Advise the Workshop Foreman or Service Adviser of any additional work necessary.
