Farrans is seeking a Level 8 Civil Engineering Apprentice to join its team in Ireland. You will gain hands-on experience while studying at ATU Sligo, working on live projects that shape the future of infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Irish Leaving Certificate with H4 Maths and a H5 in another subject.
• FETAC/QQI Level 5 or higher in a construction-related discipline.
• Mature student status with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering teams on live civil engineering projects.
• Assisting with site operations including surveying and inspections.
• Completing on-the-job learning through reflective diaries.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to commit to full time work

Full, clean manual driving licence

Education

Irish Leaving Certificate with H4 Maths

FETAC/QQI Level 5 in a construction-related discipline

Mature student status (23+) assessed via interview
