RECRUITERS is recruiting for a CFS Analytics Team Lead in Ireland to provide technical and people leadership across BI platforms. You will manage a distributed BI team while staying hands-on with solution architecture, data governance and technology strategy to shape scalable analytics as part of a wider enterprise data transformation.

Formación

• Experience leading and mentoring BI teams.
• 5+ years building BI solutions with SQL/RDBMS.
• Hands-on with BI platforms like Power BI, Qlik Sense and Fabric.
• 5+ years cloud experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience delivering enterprise data solutions and Databricks.
• Knowledge of ELT/ETL and AI/ML patterns.
• Experience implementing data governance and BI standards.
• Experience with Git, Agile methods and API integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of enterprise BI and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Manage a distributed BI developer team across regions.
• Contribute to solution architecture and complex data solutions hands-on.
• Define and enforce BI development, administration and data governance standards.
• Design integration patterns between Databricks and BI semantic layers.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud and business stakeholders.
• Promote AI-assisted BI development within governance boundaries.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve the analytics platform.
