Job summary

Optum Ireland is seeking an Analytic Solution Advisor to lead the Retro COB and Reverification analytics portfolio within Payment Integrity. You will drive the analytics strategy, collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology to identify growth opportunities, and deliver AIML-enabled solutions that increase savings and improve accuracy.

You will influence senior stakeholders, build business cases, measure value, and champion data-driven change across the enterprise, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in progressive analytics.
• Experience in analytics and data science roles.
• Experience developing portfolio strategies with measurable growth or cost savings.
• Experience partnering with Product and Operations to scale analytics solutions.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders with data-driven value.
• Initiative, creativity, and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the analytics strategic roadmap for Retro COB and Reverification.
• Identify new use cases and growth opportunities for the COB portfolio.
• Lead strategic leadership across Payment Integrity for COB analytics.
• Champion AIML-enabled approaches and adoption across the organization.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Define value measurement frameworks and track financial and operational impact.
