Job summary
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Insights for Europe & International markets. You will lead analytics, forecasting, KPI discipline and executive dashboards, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver decision-ready insights.
The role emphasizes launch analytics, portfolio performance, and scalable reporting to support growth across direct and distributor channels, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
- MBA/MSc/MPH or equivalent preferred.
- Strong experience with KPI reporting, forecasting, dashboard development and executive decision support.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics and insights as a core component of Europe & International Commercial Operations.
- Deliver performance reviews and executive dashboards on a regular cadence.
- Develop tools and reporting to improve forecast transparency and accountability.
- Support launch readiness and post-launch performance management for oncology and growth products.
- Collaborate with Finance, CBEs and Logistics to align performance and resources.
- Drive excellence in reporting, analytics and automation across platforms.
