Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Sr Manager, Analytics Operations – DevOps to lead DevOps capabilities for analytics, data, AI, and ML platforms. You will drive automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering to scale enterprise analytics solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in IaC, CI/CD, SRE practices, and cross-functional collaboration with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, and security teams to accelerate delivery while ensuring compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps, cloud engineering, and platform engineering in enterprise settings.
• Strong scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, and automated testing.
• Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
• Oversee Kubernetes environments and platform engineering.
• Establish observability with dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with DataOps, MLOps, and security teams.
