Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in project planning/management in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk, resource, and issue management.
• Familiarity with analytical methods for biologics (e.g., iCIEF, HPLC, CE, Bioassay, ELISA, LC-MS).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Biologics regulatory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and capacity models across multiple brands.
• Track milestones and ensure analytical CMC deliverables are met.
• Monitor risks by maintaining the operational risk register and preparing contingency plans.
• Lead book-of-work planning in collaboration with Analytical Product Leads and SMEs.
• Coordinate financial and FTE resource forecasting for current and future analytical activities.
• Communicate project progress through executive-level status reports and dashboards.
• Drive process improvements and harmonized ways of working across brands.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities including quality metrics.

Are you a detail-oriented and adaptable project planner/manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Project Manager – Analytical Strategy Planner to join our client's Analytical Strategy & Lifecycle (ASL) team as a contractor on an initial 12 month contract.

In this role, you will drive analytical project planning, oversee execution of critical deliverables, and support commercialization projects across a diverse biologics portfolio.
