Anaesthetics Registrar Private Hospital | Ireland | Full-Time / Fixed-Term

An established private hospital in Ireland is seeking an experienced and motivated Anaesthetics Registrar to join its Anaesthetics Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a supportive, consultant-led environment, working across a diverse range of surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care for elective and emergency procedures
2. Participate in pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up
3. Provide perioperative support across surgical theatres and recovery areas
4. Contribute to on-call rotas as required
5. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and clinical excellence

Requirements

1. Full registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC)
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Anaesthetics
3. Currently enrolled in, or eligible for, an Anaesthesia training programme
4. Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to high standards of patient care
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
6. Prior experience in an Irish or UK hospital setting
7. Interest in teaching or research is welcome but not essential
