Job summary

ADT (A Johnson Controls Company) is hiring a Fire & Security Installation Engineer for field-based work in the Dublin area. The role involves installing Fire Alarm and Security Systems to industry standards and delivering excellent customer service on site.

You will support system setup, complete installations safely, and contribute to a high-performing engineering team, with strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire & Security industry is essential.
• Full, clean driving licence is required.
• Ability to lift equipment and climb ladders safely.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.

What You Will Do

• Install Fire Alarm and Security Systems to industry standards

• Ensure high-quality delivery and a strong customer experience

• Support system setup and ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently

• Contribute to a high-performing engineering team

How You Will Do It

• Install Fire and/or Security systems in line with industry standards and ADT procedures

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Work safely, protecting yourself, colleagues, property, and equipment

• Prioritise workload effectively to ensure efficient job completion

• Complete all relevant documentation including engineer reports, handover certificates, and checklists

What We Look For
