Airfreight Export Operator - Dublin | €40,000+ DOE

We are currently partnering with a leading logistics provider to recruit an experienced Airfreight Export Operator for their Dublin-based operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic environment where efficiency and service excellence are key. Previous operational experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process airfreight export bookings from start to finish.
• Monitor shipments from booking through to final delivery and payment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
• Coordinate with airlines to secure optimal rates and transit times.
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth collection and processing of shipments.
• Label freight accurately for export.
• Handle invoicing (sales and purchase), resolving any related queries.
• Respond to rate requests and prepare quotations.
• Support the development and enhancement of airfreight services.
• Communicate effectively with overseas agents and partners.

Additional Duties:

• Provide holiday cover within the operations office as needed.
• Offer administrative support to colleagues in the airfreight department.
• Participate in occasional customer visits.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support the team.
