Qualifications

• Experience in project management, digital transformation or business change.
• Experience in construction/estimating/pre-construction is desirable.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and digital transformation projects across Estimating and Pre-Construction.
• Review processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement.
• Manage projects from scope and business case through to implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Pre-Construction, Design, Commercial, Planning and IT stakeholders.
• Identify practical AI applications across tendering, cost data, document review, benchmarking and reporting.
• Coordinate selection, testing and implementation of new digital solutions.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of processes.
• Manage project plans, risks, stakeholders and milestones.
• Measure benefits post-implementation and monitor adoption.
