Job summary

NCS is seeking a seasoned technical leader to guide multidisciplinary teams delivering AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You will shape architecture, delivery strategy, and governance for ambitious AI initiatives, from problem framing to production outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, and advise executives on investments and roadmaps, ensuring value, security, and scalability across regions.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven leadership of AI/ML delivery teams with measurable impact.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and architectures.
• Ability to balance experimentation with security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams from client problems to prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready solutions.
• Define architecture, technology stack, and delivery approach for complex AI initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into product hypotheses, technical strategies, and execution roadmaps.
• Oversee AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Make architectural trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, cost, and business value.
• Ensure enterprise standards for reliability, maintainability, security, and observability.
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing AI engineering teams.
• Conduct technical, code, and architecture reviews.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development.
