Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a Strategy AI Analyst to lead AI strategy execution within the Clearstream Fund Services Strategy team. You will drive AI programs from definition to delivery, align with senior stakeholders, and ensure measurable value capture across transformation initiatives.

You will monitor AI trends and collaborate with business units to advance AI-enabled innovations, applying best-in-class tools and methodologies in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in automation and applying AI to solve real-world business problems.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise AI solutions landscape and practical applications within a corporate environment.
• Consulting background preferred with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to communicate across seniority levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with flexibility and composure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes to identify AI-driven automation opportunities and build AI-enabled target process maps.
• Develop and maintain a structured AI roadmap with milestones and value capture.
• Prepare high‑quality decision materials, executive presentations, and governance updates for senior management.
• Monitor AI trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to refine the AI strategy.
• Collaborate with various business units to foster AI-enabled innovation and advise on state-of-the-art techniques.
