Job summary

F5 is expanding its capabilities into AI Runtime Security, focusing on winning and expanding Tier-1 and Tier-2 Financial Services customers. You will be the technical front line in complex AI security deals, collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives across the full sales cycle and delivering tailored architectures for FS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong cybersecurity and AI background with hands-on LLMs and data protection.
• Experience with FS reference architectures, risk management, and AML/KYC.
• Ability to translate complex AI security challenges into simple, actionable narratives for technical teams and executives.
• Experience supporting global banks or payment networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Sales Motion with Enterprise Account Executives through the full sales cycle, from technical discovery through POCs and final close.
• Design tailored architectures mapping F5’s AI security capabilities to FS environments (hybrid cloud, legacy cores, data platforms).
• Execute high-impact demos of inference-layer protection, model red-teaming, and agent defense addressing FS criteria like fraud reduction and compliance.
• Navigate risk & compliance as a domain expert in AI/model risk, leading RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Influence the Product Roadmap by relaying field feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
• Ensure customer success by onboarding new wins and providing architectural documentation to Customer Success.
