About the job:

As part of the AI model team, you will develop architectures for models of various scales, enhancing AI capabilities through research-driven techniques. Your work involves exploring and implementing novel algorithms, optimizing pre-training, and pushing the boundaries of AI performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-training of AI models on large distributed servers with NVIDIA GPUs.
• Design and prototype innovative architectures.
• Execute experiments, analyze results, and refine methodologies.
• Improve model efficiency and computational performance.
• Advance training systems for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably a PhD in NLP or Machine Learning, with experience in large-scale LLM training, distributed frameworks, and deep knowledge of transformers, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
