Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking graduates for the IT Graduate Development Program (ITDP) in Limerick, on-site. You will rotate across high-priority teams with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to build AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows.

By completing two one-year rotations, you’ll gain broad exposure and prepare for a final role after graduation. Strong fundamentals in software engineering and hands-on AI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
• Strong foundations in software engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, testing, system design.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered apps, internships, research, hackathons, or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ITDP rotations across multiple teams to gain broad exposure to software engineering, AI, data, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered applications, assistants, agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Contribute to RAG, AI agents, and automation solutions delivering measurable business outcomes.
