McKesson is seeking an AI Engineer Sr. Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions across Financial Shared Services. You will architect scalable systems, develop AI agents, and integrate with enterprise platforms, while mentoring teams for responsible AI delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in software/AI engineering, a relevant Bachelor's (Master's preferred), and hands-on experience with Generative AI, cloud solutions, and API development. On-site Cork. Up to 10% travel.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, AI Ops & Automation Monitoring, this senior technical contributor will translate business requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions that improve productivity, quality, decision-making, and service delivery. You will partner with Agentic Systems leadership, Business Intelligence, Process Intelligence, Data Governance, Data Operations, Enterprise Technology, and operational stakeholders.
