Job summary

E-Frontiers in Blanchardstown, Dublin seeks a Business Systems & AI Innovation Lead to drive AI adoption, automate workflows, and enable smarter decisions. You will lead the AI roadmap and digital transformation, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver measurable business improvements.

The role focuses on innovation (not IT support), with on-site work at our Blanchardstown head office and a competitive package including pension and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, and process optimisation.
