Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland, based in Dublin, seeks a Senior Engineer, AI to drive the AI development agenda for a market-leading client. You will be the subject matter expert for AI development in Dublin, contributing to a major transformation journey.

You will define AI standards, lead PoC trials, and collaborate across departments while mentoring the team and coordinating with vendors to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions that are secure, compliant, and impactful.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development or architecture experience, with 3-4 years in senior or management roles.
• Significant experience architecting and building enterprise-wide cloud-native solutions.
• Programming skills and a background in Python.
• Gen AI and Intelligent systems including LLM, RAG and Agentic.
• Gen AI hands-on experience with Gen AI systems would be an advantage.
