Job summary

Workvivo, a Zoom company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Dublin team. You’ll focus on deeply understanding customers and defining the right problems to solve, leading discovery, validating assumptions, and applying AI-first thinking to elevate employee experience.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure our product vision is grounded in real-world insights and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with a proven ability to drive discovery.
• Strong skills in research, customer interviews, and turning insights into strategy.
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies in SaaS products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and problem definition, ensuring we focus on the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover needs and shape hypotheses.
• Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience.
• Partner with engineering and design to co-create solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our product vision.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to capture feedback and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.
• Stay ahead of industry and technology trends, especially in AI and employee engagement platforms.
• Define success metrics and ensure we learn and adapt through experimentation and iteration.
