Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics processes or ERP and supply chain tech (TMS/Polaris/CPT).
• Data analytics to inform key decisions.
• Experience managing partners at all levels of management.
• Effective communicator with carriers, 3PLs, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-functional logistics projects across global networks.
• Customer-focused with ability to communicate complex logistics solutions.
• Ability to operate across both operational detail and the bigger picture.
• Experience in Operations/Supply Chain/Systems environments.
• Ability to lead and influence within regional and global forums.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IS&T and cross-functional supply chain teams to develop new and innovative solutions across transportation, warehousing, customs, and distribution systems.
• Influence and gain consensus on approach, priorities, and solutions for logistics process improvements.
• Project manage key technology projects that will drive our logistics and distribution network forward.
• Own and drive regional and global logistics process integration across carriers, distribution centers, and fulfillment partners.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including carriers, 3PLs, and internal supply chain partners.
• Understand logistics and supply chain business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas.
• Leverage AI capabilities to streamline project management and logistics processes, surface insights from performance data, and drive smarter outcomes.
• Support the Logistics Operations team by ensuring priority systems tickets are captured and triaged timely.
