Job summary

Apple in Cork is seeking an ambitious, self-starting professional to join Retail Fulfilment Operations on an 18‑month temporary contract.

You will collaborate with Supply Demand Management, Logistics, Retail Market Development and Retail Finance, analysing demand, inventory and sell‑through to support stores and new openings.

Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and adaptability are essential in this fast‑paced, cross‑functional role that connects Cork to Apple’s European operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure successful execution of new product introductions and seasonal strategies.
• Support merchandising objectives, planograms and promotions and partner with Retail and Operations teams for New Store Openings.
• Analyse forecasted demand, inventory and sell-through to ensure optimal service levels.
• Evaluate planning risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate.
• Present data in executive reviews to drive business decisions.
• Manage end-to-end responsibilities for your product portfolio and improve planning processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovations with measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with partners and capture the Voice of the Customer.
• Partner with Data Science on automation and ML insights for trends.
