Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking an AI-native Specialist, Product Management for Client Data Onboarding. You will help replace manual ETL with agentic workflows, scale onboarding across industries, and work with Engineering and Data Science to define requirements and success metrics.

You will coordinate with UX, Data Delivery, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery, testing, and governance while handling PCI/PII data securely.

Qualifications

• Experience in translating user problems into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable success indicators.
• Strong understanding of product management processes, from discovery to launch readiness and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with AI, LLMs and agent-based workflows; data pipelines and data quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support features of AI-led client data onboarding product focusing on data pipelines and onboarding UX.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria and functional/non-functional specs for agents and automated data loading.
• Maintain portions of the product backlog and assist with prioritization and delivery readiness.
