Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Product Manager for AI-led client data onboarding. You will own the product, partner with Engineering and Data Science to define agentic workflows, and ensure high-quality onboarding for clients across industries.

You will collaborate with UX and data delivery teams to translate user needs into a phased roadmap, deliver an MVP, then scale, while ensuring governance, security, and responsible AI are integrated into production.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics products handling large client datasets and complex logic.
• Experience building with AI/LLMs and agents, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with Databricks and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-led client data onboarding product, focusing on data pipelines and onboarding UX.
• Define requirements for automated data loading, data quality checks, and the web app.
• Draft a practical roadmap from user research, client data complexity, and commercial priorities.
