The role requires credibility with architects, developers, and IT functions, ensuring secure, governed, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Able to engage with business leaders and translate needs into actionable AI/automation use cases.
• Experience turning ambiguity into clear requirements and practical delivery plans.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives across multiple teams, from discovery to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify AI and automation opportunities with measurable value.
• Lead discovery workshops to clarify needs and translate them into use cases and requirements.
• Assess value, feasibility, risk, and effort for AI, automation, or combined approaches.
• Define high-level solution architectures and reusable patterns for scalable delivery.
• Guide initiatives from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Coordinate stakeholders, developers, and IT functions to maintain momentum.
• Support troubleshooting and responsible escalation of issues with evidence-based analysis.
• Apply Generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, orchestration, and harness engineering patterns to solutions.
• Shape workflow and low-code automation using Power Automate, Power Platform, Mendix.
