Job summary

EY in Dublin is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop advanced AI solutions and work on pioneering projects that explore generative AI and intelligent automation. As part of this team, you’ll:

• Collaborate with experts in data science, machine learning, and engineering to design and deliver transformative AI solutions.
• Work on pioneering projects that explore generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop LLM‑driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Design RAG and prompt‑orchestration pipelines, embeddings and model evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers and full-stack developers to embed models into cloud applications.
• Prototype multi-agent systems that autonomously analyse, decide and act on business tasks.
• Ensure AI governance, fairness and responsible AI principles are embedded in every solution.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3‑5+ years’ experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Expertise in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers).
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
• Practical experience deploying AI services on Azure, AWS or GCP and working with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD).

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen for multi-agent workflows.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning and autonomous decision systems.
• Familiarity with Power Automate integration and AI workflow triggers.
