Job summary

Lakeland Dairies is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead end-to-end customer experience across the Agri business from its Lough Egish site. You will work with the Commercial Manager and Agri Leadership Team to prioritise customer needs, strengthen retention, and support new acquisition while ensuring products, services and communications meet expectations.

Qualifications

Third-level qualification in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related discipline.
Experience leading customer-facing teams and delivering improvements in service and retention.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, technical support, and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Care, Farm Technical Support, and product quality and complaints-handling teams.
Develop and implement a customer experience strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
Monitor customer retention, acquisition, satisfaction and service trends to inform decisions.
Drive improvements in customer journeys and service processes across functions.
Provide reporting and insight on complaints, service issues, risks, and actions to leadership.
Ensure technical support and product portfolio aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities.
