Job summary

QLM Search seeks a Head of Production for a high-growth dairy group in Ireland. The role reports to the senior leadership team and leads manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, people, service and performance.

You will develop manufacturing capability to support future growth, champion continuous improvement and collaborate with Engineering, Technical and Supply Chain to achieve objectives while upholding food safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in food, dairy or FMCG manufacturing.
• Accomplished manufacturing leader with track record of improving operational performance and leading change.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-growth dairy group as Head of Production.

With ambitious plans for continued expansion and investment, the business is looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to take responsibility for operational performance and help shape the next phase of its growth.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, people, service and performance.

We are looking for an accomplished manufacturing leader with senior experience in food, dairy or FMCG manufacturing.

You will have a strong track record of improving operational performance, developing teams and successfully leading change. Dairy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
