Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and experienced senior leader as we rapidly expand our team across EMEA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to build a business, read on.

We are looking for a people-oriented senior leader with experience managing and coaching managers, building processes, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will guide, mentor, and drive our Agency team of multilingual agents covering most EMEA markets and some markets in Asia. Your focus will be on team expansion and operational rigor to ensure continued success in the digital marketing sales environment, hitting quarterly and annual agency activation and revenue quotas. Accenture partners with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. You will have the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for both Accenture and Pinterest.

The successful candidate will prioritize our customers and your team. You will mentor and coach Account Managers to exceed customer expectations, proactively identify sales opportunities, and improve team workflows. Success requires exceptional people coaching, account management skills, strong sales acumen, analytical problem-solving, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. A passion for helping clients and customers achieve results through revenue is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Pinterest Sales Lead on strategic and tactical plan development.
  • Motivate teams of approximately 50-100 people across at least 3 countries to achieve revenue targets of over $20M per quarter across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Manage and coach multiple Sales Managers across various markets.
  • Bring relevant thought leadership to enhance program outcomes.
  • Identify and present actionable insights and craft plans to deliver results.
  • Ensure all Agency Partner Manager teams understand and execute sales initiatives timely.
  • Build and maintain high-performing sales teams as a people developer.
  • Manage delivery outcomes while providing strategic and tactical input.
  • Require 7+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
  • Preferably 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing New Business Sales teams in a multinational environment (manager of managers).
  • Experience leading Digital Marketing Agency sales teams in a multinational environment is a plus.
  • Data-driven decision making with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and collaboration tools like G-Suite is preferred.
