Job summary

DFDS in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Reworker to support quality and efficiency in our distribution operations. You will inspect, repackage, and rework products to meet standards, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety guidelines.

You\'ll join a team focused on reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The role involves lifting and handling, following SOPs, and using basic warehouse systems to support stock movements and order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines
• Experience in product inspection or warehouse rework is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned, damaged, or non-conforming products and identify quality issues
• Rework products through cleaning, relabelling, repackaging, repairing, or reassembling as required
• Ensure all reworked products meet quality, safety, and customer standards before release
• Maintain accurate records of rework activities and report recurring issues or defects
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and assist with stock movements and inventory activities
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency
