Job summary

The Avalon Centre in Sligo is offering a developmental after-school role for school-age children. The position runs Monday to Friday, 1:30pm–6:00pm, up to 19.5 hours per week, with no prior experience required.

Accredited training will be provided, and the successful candidate will work as part of a team under the Afterschool Coordinator, delivering a programme of activities including sport, arts and crafts, and games, while supporting homework.

Responsibilities

• Work in our After school service from 1:30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, up to 19.5 hours.
• Provide homework support and plan/deliver a programme of activities (sport, arts & crafts, games).
